Clue # 2

Dark Fabric - cut 2 strips 5" x 45"

Light Fabric - cut 2 strips 5" x 45"

• Cut these strips into 5 " squares - you should have 16
• Mark a line from one corner to the opposite corner on the light square
• Place these squares right sides together and sew all with a 1/4" seam allowance. Sew on both sides of the line and then cut along the marked line
• Each of these will make two right triangle squares. Press to the dark side and trim to the size of the four patch from clue # 1, making sure that the seam line is centred
• Place all of these in a Ziploc bag.
